Students can change their names for campus purposes through the Registrar Service Center in Moulton 107. Students must make this change in person with a valid photo ID.
Students wishing to change their name on their transcripts or diplomas must provide a copy of their marriage license, a court order, or a dissolution decree certifying their name change.
